Ademola has about 25years professional experience in Civil Engineering, Road and Building construction. He is an Engineer that went through the complete metamorphosis of professional training. Ademola started from The Lagos Technical College between 1972 and 1976 where he sat for and obtained the City & Guild Certificate. He proceeded to the Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos for his National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering which he obtained in 1980 and 1985 respectively. He is also a member of the Institute of Engineers and Technicians, London. Before joining Erfolg Guide in 2009, Ademola has worked with many organizations of repute and held various positions both at the intermediate and top management levels among which are Polleti Construction Company Limited – Industrial Trainee cum Assistant Resident Engineer; Complete Design and Engineering Services Limited – Civil Engineer; Oshberg Nigeria Limited – Resident Engineer, Land Tract Nigeria Limited – Senior Resident Engineer Limited and Restore Ecological Consultant Limited – Project Engineer/Project Manager. Ademola Adewale Olaiya has successfully completed projects in the areas of Civil Engineering, Hydrology, Hydraulic, Land Surveying and Construction Management. He is a seasoned Engineer who has exhibited his skills, competence and capabilities in the industry. He has attended many trainings and seminars and he is now a trainer of the trainees in the Construction, Building and Civil Engineering industry.
