Adeshola is a product Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria, where he bagged a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Engr.) Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering in year 2002.

He started his working career as a Graduate Workshop Assistant with Gongoni Company Limited, Sharada, Kano State, Nigeria between September 2003 and January 2004. He moved on to Nigeria Gas Products Limited (Steel Division), Lagos, Nigeria, to become Mechanical Officer 1, in the firm in January 2004, a position he held till January 2007 when he became the Sub-Manager (Mechanical) in the same company. In June 2009, he joined Novagas Limited, Sango-Ota, Ogun State as the Head of the Department of Plant Maintenance Engineering. Adeshola joined Erfolg Guide in 2012 as its Site Engineer (Mechanical) and he is still holding this position till date.

He is loaded with various experiences in the field of Mechanical Equipment Maintenance and has attended so many advanced training programs in the field of engineering some of which are – Plant and Equipment Maintenance Workshop at The Industrial Training Fund Lagos, in August 2006; National Workshop on Fire Safety and Emergency Management Training at the National Fire Service Corporation, Nigeria in December 2007; Advanced Engineering and Project Management at The Nigeria Society of Engineers in May 2008 and Food Safety System Certification Awareness and Internal Audit Course (FSSC 2200) to mention just a few.

He is a member of The Nigerian Society of Engineers, with Reg. No. 18221 and a certified member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) with Reg. No. R21573,
