Victoria bagged a Bachelors of Law (B.L.) at Igbinnidiun University, Okada, Edo State in 2008 and the moved to the Nigeria Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos where she became a Barrister at Law (LL.B.) and called to the bar in 2009. After being called to the bar, she worked briefly with Reens Petroleum, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State in 2010. She joined Erfolg Guide in 2011 as its Company Secretary and she has put in her exposure in the legal profession to represent the firm, guide her and counsel her appropriately in legal matters.
