Folasike obtained the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering at the Kwara State Polytechnic year 2002. She started her working career with Aron Construction Limited, Lagos as a Project Engineer. She later joined The K.O.K. Ventures Limited, a Civil Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consulting firm) in Apapa, Lagos as a Project Engineer and Administrator. Folasike joined Erfolg Guide in year 2010 bringing in her accumulated experience in the field of Civil and Mechanical Engineering.
