Okweze is a product of the University of Calabar, Calabar, Cross-River State, Nigeria where he bagged a Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry.

He worked with Dankwa Organization Nigeria Ltd, Ikeja, Lagos as General Manager before founding Erfolg Guide International Limited in 2004. He has verse experience in Equipment Leasing Operations and Sales and Marketing of Heavy Construction Equipment Spares. He is also very conversant with the statutory regulations guiding the operations of the industry.

He has attended various courses on Equipment Management and Safety Compliance. He brings his wealth of experience in developing, managing and directing Erfolg Guide and actualizing her visions. As part of his continuous crave for knowledge, growth and self-development, Julius is currently attending a 12month continuous Business Management, Growth, Finance and Investment at Stanford Graduate School under the SEED for West Africa Program. This training which started in October 2017 ends September 2018.
